The challenge

Montgomery Homes wanted to lift organic rankings, boost website traffic, drive more sales enquiries, reduce their cost per acquisition (CPA), and increase local brand awareness in Sydney while ensuring their “always on” digital efforts began firing just as effectively as any one-off promotional campaigns.

Approach

After enhancing on-site SEO, we used market research to put together clear target personas and began tagging (and tackling!) key competitors with Google Ads. We’ve continually improved SEO, lifting visibility in their key markets of Sydney, Newcastle and the Central Coast. We moved their online advertising from a siloed to a cross channel approach, delivering sequential messaging which moves people from being “aware” of Montgomery Homes through to making that all-important enquiry.

The outcome

We surpassed Montgomery Homes’ CPA targets and achieved almost immediate results from both Google and Facebook advertising. Montgomery Homes’ SEO growth has been continuous since coming onboard and going forward the company will continue to benefit from greater brand awareness, larger and more established social media audiences, and a steady stream of hot new leads.
