About the client

Australia’s original mattress-in-a-box brand, Ergoflex set the benchmark for quality, convenience and customer trust before the new category took off. Their direct-to-consumer model, backed by fast boxed delivery, a 30-night trial and a 10-year warranty, helped redefine how Australians shop for mattresses online.

The challenge

As the market became crowded with competitors, Ergoflex needed to strengthen its presence beyond just purchase-ready audiences.

We expanded their marketing into a true full-funnel approach, using Meta Ads to build awareness and grow engaged audiences, while scaling Google Ads to attract, nurture, and convert high-intent customers. By early 2025, both platforms were working together to drive stronger visibility, higher intent, and improved performance across every stage of the journey.

Approach

We shifted Ergoflex to a full-funnel strategy across Google and Meta to reach people earlier in the journey and guide them all the way to purchase. On Google Ads, we introduced Demand Gen and AI-powered Search to build awareness, capture high-intent traffic, and improve conversion performance.

On Meta, we used an agile creative approach, scaling what worked and building stronger remarketing lists through Lead Forms and video engagement audiences. During key promotional periods, we targeted remarketing campaigns to help convert warm audiences at scale.

The outcome

The full-funnel strategy delivered standout performance across both platforms.

Google Ads drove a 72% increase in purchase conversions, more than doubled clicks, and achieved over 10x ROAS, demonstrating stronger efficiency and conversion depth.

Meta Ads further supported the funnel with around 11x ROAS and high engagement from targeted reach and remarketing.
